Dear Family and Friends,
We have some good news. A few more of Katie's urine tests came back normal which means that they don't believe the kidney stones will reoccur. Yeah!! She is growing so fast. She recognizes a bottle and tries so hard to hod it up herself. She also talks gibberish alot. Even when she wakes up at 3AM she's talking. When she feels you are not listening or something is extra special she squeels really, really loud. She can roll onto her side if she wants to. She loves playing in her saucer. She will stand there drooling profusely and talk and talk. She smiles almost constantly, which is tons of fun!! We are so very much enjoying this gift hat God has given us. We also are starting to realize that the sin nature is there at birth and the stubbornness is coming out. She has arched her back several times while screaming in protest when she was getting buckled into her car seat. Wow!! Mom was not prepared for the nasty look she got whe she told Katie very firmly NO! This little beauty is going to be a challenge. We are using a different formula with some success so far. We just get to wait and see if it will last. Katie has her four month shots next week and some lab work for this Friday. I'm sure she will be thrilled. I'm always shocked at how strong she is when we try to hold her still for procedures. Wow again!! Anyways will be posting pictures later. Lots of Love, Mommy Rip
